Welcome to Life Algorithms
I am Andre Aberer, a bioinformatics PhD student working in the Exelixis Lab in Heidelberg. My field of research is, where computer science and biology meet. CS-wise, I am interested in algorithm design and high performance computing (i.e., parallelization, vectorization, GPUs). Biological problems I am working on are challenges in population genetics and phylogenetics.
